Role Summary:
Procurement of Planned and Reactive Maintenance contract and ongoing Office Asset Management advice.
The Icon Business Centre is located at Thorpe Park on the north-eastern outskirts of Leeds and is a 2/3 storey 46,000 sq ft flexible office that has won several accolades and awards for its Green credentials.
Our service included the development of a full asset register and critical system list and procurement of a PPM and reactive service contract for M&E and Building Fabric Maintenance together with ongoing Office Asset Management advice.
