Most recently we have undertaken a number of re-modelling exercises on PFIs that are up to 10 years into their 25-year concession. These services are to provide comfort to SPV, FM and Funding organisations with regard to future commitments and drawdown of any surplus monies. We also provide overall fund management, asset survey Fabric, M&E and FF&E and other ad-hoc services from our experienced team of consultants.
