Strategic Review and Benchmarking of Maintenance Services

In June 2009, Opex Consulting was asked to support the strategic review and benchmarking of the client’s London estate (including The London Clinic’s new cancer facility) for hard FM services. The project also included an in-depth review of the in-house delivery team. This Included providing options for restructuring and the implementation of the service. Our work was detailed and included a review of all sub-contractors provided services. A recommendation for efficiency savings was also provided
Maintenance Best Practice Review And Benchmarking
Our review included benchmarking the current in-house delivery against the market. Opex Consulting was also appointed to benchmark the specialist sub-contract costs. During the process, we were asked to identify areas that were not in line with best industry practice. Including CAFM, maintenance management and reporting systems.
