Project Summary:
Our service included FM due diligence on the purchase of this 400,000 sq ft distribution facility, which services Nestle products. Following the due diligence we undertook a full FM services review on the behalf of MIRUS management and procured a new FM services TFM contract for Catering, Cleaning, Security, M&E and Building Fabric Maintenance.
Opex are now part of the Mirus/Innovate project monitoring team.
