Project Summary: Project Management and Procurement

Our role was to develop a tender Strategy and programme for the Market Testing requirement of this PFI project. Following agreement with all stakeholders including HMT and HMRC, we then developed tender packs for the Catering, Cleaning, Security and Post Goods Reprographics and Porterage services. We then issued the tender documents to the market, analysed the tender returns and made recommendations for the next contract term. This was a major 2 year exercise in consultation with PUK and all other stakeholders.
