Project Summary:

Our brief was to undertake a full cleaning strategy review across the colleges 4 campuses, in preparation for the completion of the colleges £44m refurbishment and new build project.

Following this process we put forward a cleaning services restructuring proposal which included staff development and training programmes, cleaning equipment and consumables review and  re organisation, and full stint area review, for existing and new build facilities, to help improve cleaning quality and productivity. The final part of the commission included a new cleaning QA process which would allow the college to achieve its goals of quality cleaning and continual improvement.
